Colorado-Fayette Medical Center is located in Weimar, Texas.  The Medical Center is a 38 bed, private nonprofit 501 (c) (3), acute-care healthcare facility serving the residents of Central Texas with a variety of diversified healthcare services.

Our primary service areas are Colorado, Fayette, and Lavaca counties. These counties include the towns of Weimar, Schulenburg, Flatonia, Texas and the surrounding areas.  However, we routinely see patients from all over Central Texas.

We concentrate our expertise in the area of primary care which is defined as basic medical and surgical services.  However, we have a variety of specialists who use our hospital. 

We are a highly diversified organization.  The Medical Center owns and operates the Flatonia Community Clinic, the Schulenburg Community Clinic, The HomeStead Assisted Living, Parkview Manor Nursing Home and Park Place Care Center.  Our newest addition is the CFMC Home Health Agency.
