Colorado-Fayette Medical Center is located in Weimar, Texas.  The Medical Center is a 38 bed, private nonprofit 501 (c) (3), acute-care healthcare facility serving the residents of Central Texas with a variety of diversified healthcare services.

Our primary service areas are Colorado, Fayette, and Lavaca counties. These counties include the towns of Weimar, Schulenburg, Flatonia and the surrounding areas.  However, we routinely see patients from all over Central Texas.  With the support of our active staff physicians, we offer primary care medicine, encompassing pediatrics to geriatrics. We have a variety of specialists who provide medical and surgical services at CFMC, including Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Cardiology and General Surgery

The Medical Center owns and operates the Flatonia Community Clinic, the Schulenburg Community Clinic.  We also have an in house Rehabilitation Department and a Home Health Agency.
