Colorado-Fayette Medical Center is located in
Weimar, Texas. The Medical Center is a 38-bed,
private nonprofit 501 (C)(3), acute-care healthcare facility serving
the residents of Central Texas with a variety of
diversified healthcare services.
Our primary service area is Colorado,
Fayette and Lavaca counties, which includes the towns of
Weimar, Schulenburg and Flatonia, Texas.
However, we routinely see patients from all over
Central Texas.
We concentrate our expertise
in the area of primary care which is defined as
basic medical and surgical services. However, we
have a variety of specialists who use our hospital.
 Our hospital is a new facility and equipped
with modern state-of-the-art equipment. We have
over 40 physicians and surgeons on our staff.
We are a highly diversified organization. The
Medical Center owns and operates the Flatonia
Community Clinic, the CFMC Outpatient Center,
the Schulenburg Community Clinic, The HomeStead
Assisted Living, Parkview Manor Nursing Home and
